We are looking for passionate and competent grill cooks to help us at Notorious BRG Maidstone. Applicants should also expect to fulfil other duties such as taking orders, prepping, and washing up as the nature of the business will require lone working at nonpeak times.

We are currently experimenting with the FOUR DAY WORK WEEK so normal working weeks will consist of four 9.5 hour split shifts resulting in 38 hours and THREE DAYS OFF a week. There may be some slight variation to cover sickness and holidays. Shifts will finish at 22:30 so applicants will need to travel to and from work safely. There is no onsite parking.

Experience in a similar field and a strong work ethic is necessary as the job is fast-paced.

Customer service is a huge part of the job so good communication skills are essential.

We will be expanding the benefits program as the company increases. Some that we are considering but have not yet decided on are health care, phone contracts, gym membership, training courses, etc
